Steps for ham sausage roll

1
After a piece of dough, cut the ham sausage into fine cubes (cut as thin as possible).
2
Fold the dough into thin slices.
3
Spread a layer of salad oil evenly on the dough sheet, then sprinkle with a layer of salt and pepper, and spread evenly.
4
Sprinkle with a layer of minced ham.
5
Roll up the dough sheet from one end without rolling it too tightly.
6
After rolling, cut into sections of about 3cm.
7
Take two small sections and stack them together, and press them down with a chopstick.
8
Keep pushing it to the bottom.
9
Press and let it rest for a few minutes and relax slightly.
10
Grab both ends, twist them in the opposite direction, and secure them at the bottom. (Heh…I haven't finished working hard yet)
11
Put in a steamer, cover and ferment for a second time for about 20 minutes.
12
Pour cold water into the pan, boil the water for about 7 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes to open the lid. (The steaming time can be added as appropriate depending on the size of the roll.)
