Homemade fried chicken steak
By BridiePaucek
This is the third dish I have posted in one day. Wow, this is the first time I have posted so many! I wanted to keep it for publication tomorrow, but tomorrow is a weekend. If I want to go out to play, I may not have time! I have always liked eating KFC's Colonel's Chicken Nuggets, but it's not affordable at all. I still make it delicious and feel at ease. I feel that I have gained a lot of inspiration in cooking recently, and I have "transformed" all the vegetables at home! The following seasonings can be increased according to your taste.

Steps for Homemade fried chicken steak

1
Prepare the ingredients.
2
Cut the onions in half before slicing into the ground. (Just need half an onion, or replace it with shallot)
3
Wash the chicken breast, cut it into slices, and chop it up slightly with the back of the knife. (Easy to pickle and taste)
4
Place the sliced chicken breast in a crisper and add half a teaspoon of salt.
5
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
6
Appropriate amount of white pepper.
7
A little soy sauce.
8
Chili oil or sesame oil, moderate amount.
9
Add the chopped onions and marinate for 10 minutes. (The longer it marinate, the more delicious it becomes)
10
After blending the flour with clear water into a paste, put the marinated chicken breast on both sides and stick evenly.
11
Add it to the bread flour and wrap it well on both sides.
12
After pouring oil into the pan and heating it, add the chicken breast and fry it.
13
Fry to golden yellow on both sides.
14
Finally remove and control the oil.
