Orange meat jam
Ingredients: lemon,oranges,white sugar

Steps for Orange meat jam

Prepare raw materials.

Keep massaging the oranges on the table with both palms. They will peel them well. It takes about a dozen shots;(The other hand is taking pictures, so I see one hand).

Cut the top of the orange with a knife and peel off the skin.

Use a knife to scrape off the white silk around the orange.

Try to peel off the thin skin inside, otherwise it will be bitter.

Draw juice with lemon.

Pour the white sugar into the orange meat, stir, and let it sit for about an hour to juice.

Use a blender to stir the orange meat into a paste;(Do not add water when stirring, the orange meat marinated with white sugar will come out of water).

Pour the lemon juice into the stirred paste.

Pour into a non-stick pan and turn on low heat and stir constantly;(iron or aluminum pan cannot be used).

Stir and cook until thick, turn off the heat

After cooling, the taste will be better. (If bottling, just seal it in a sterile, clean glass bottle that is free of water and oil.)
