Chives and seaweed soda biscuits

If you like to eat salty cookies, your first choice is of course soda cookies!

Heat the milk slightly, add dry yeast and mix well.

Add flour, salt, baking soda, butter, shredded shallot, and seaweed and knead until smooth. Leave for a while to ferment for ten minutes.
