Thai red curry chicken

Although this is the first time I publish recipes in the world of delicious food, I actually have several years of cooking experience, and I often learn from masters here, but the skills are very average, hehe O(④_④)O~. To be honest, this is my first time making Thai red curry, but the taste, I personally think, is not as delicious as Indian curry. It has a weird taste and is not spicy. Hehe, I like spicy food.

Steps for Thai red curry chicken

Prepare the ingredients, blanch the chicken with water first to remove blood and dirt;
