Steps for Knife cutting steamed buns

Soak yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.

Add the flour and yeast water and stir with chopsticks to form flocculent.

Knead into dough.

Cover the dough and ferment until twice in size.

Knead the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces.

Put in the steaming pan and wake for 10 minutes, put cold water on the pan, boil the water and steam for 20 minutes.
