Soft fried shrimp

Shrimp because of light refreshing, easy to digest, young and old by people's favorite, shrimp is a high-grade seafood raw materials. There are many kinds of shrimp cooking methods. Soft frying is my favorite method. If you want to fry the shrimp tender, fragrant and crisp, there are small orifices. Sizing is an effective method to tenderize the shrimp. After sizing, a protective film can be formed on the surface of the shrimp, so that the shrimp does not directly contact with hot oil. Indirect heating can maximize the moisture of the shrimp and make the shrimp full and tender after cooking. Secondly, the oil temperature is applied properly, which is a necessary condition for fresh shrimp. If the oil temperature is low, the shrimp is easy to delucify and the dishes are half-cooked; if the oil temperature is high, the shrimp color is not correct, they adhere to each other, the shape is dry, the texture is old and tough, and the shrimp will lose its fresh characteristics.

Steps for Soft fried shrimp

Ingredients: Frozen fresh shrimp.

Remove the shells from the shrimps and get the meat.
