This yogurt cake is actually not perfect enough. It has small bubbles and is not tall enough, but it tastes very delicious.
The recipe is still the usual recipe, but the oven temperature has been a little high recently and the temperature has been slightly lowered. Therefore, if you use this recipe, you'd better feel the temperature of your oven before doing it.

Steps for yogurt cake

Step (1) The preparation work is as shown in Figure (1-8): Put the baking plate and baking net on the lower layer, and place the baking mold on the baking net, so that it will not penetrate into the mold during the water bath. It is a good idea for a three-layer prayer oven.
