Spicy eel Duan

When I eat eels, I never like to buy very thick and large ones. It is said that they are grown after being fed with contraceptives, hormones and other messy things. Therefore, I suggest everyone buy smaller and thinner eels to be more at ease!

Steps for Spicy eel Duan

Cut the eel into sections, wash and drain for later use.

Heat the cooking oil in the pan, add in the dried peppers and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the drained eel sections and saute fry over high heat.

Cook cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce, and dry cook the eel for 10 minutes.

Cook until the soup is thick, turn on low heat to collect the juice, add pepper and chicken essence, sprinkle with shallots, and stir fry well.

Turn off the heat and cook.
