Fried cake is a traditional specialty snack in Tianjin

Normal ingredients should be made with glutinous rice flour, flour, brown sugar, and white sugar

This time, I made it with ordinary flour without glutinous rice flour

I didn't put it in because I didn't like brown sugar much

You can also change it into bean paste, jujube paste and other fillings according to your preferences. The taste is also good
