Homemade chopped pepper

Chopping peppers were supposed to be chopped, but I felt that every time I chopped peppers, they would splash everywhere, so I used a blender to break them up, which was more convenient. You don't have to beat it very shredded, there are some small pieces that taste better.

Steps for Homemade chopped pepper

Wash the red peppers and dry them.

Chop it into small pieces.

Pat the garlic cloves flat and peel them.

Remove the stem in the middle of the garlic cloves.

Chop garlic cloves into small pieces.

Put the garlic and peppers in the cooking machine, add sugar, salt, and white wine.

Start the blender, and because there is not much liquid, stop for a few seconds. Use chopsticks to turn the top to the bottom so that all the peppers can be stirred.

Pour the beaten mixture into a bottle and seal the bottle with plastic wrap.

Cover and leave for about a week.
