spicy stir-fried oil residue
By TadBogisich
The oil residue from boiling lard has always been thinking about how to eat it. When I was a child, I often stewed cabbage and eaten it as meat. Occasionally, I would stir-fry it with peppers. The pancakes were very delicious to eat, which seemed more tempting than stewed cabbage. If you want to stir-fry the oil and eat it, don't fry it too hard when boiling the oil. Just turn it slightly yellow. Of course, it is something that contains a lot of oil, so you should eat less and occasionally satisfy your cravings.
