Fried chicken legs
There are 4 chicken legs left in the refrigerator and I suddenly want to try making fried chicken. I had always been reluctant to use it before because of the large amount of oil, but M sauce suddenly said today that I wanted to eat fried chicken, so I relented and tried it. Although it looks a little bad, it tastes really good! M sauce said that this was the first time I ate Homemade fried chicken and I liked it very much ~

Steps for Fried chicken legs

1
Cut the chicken legs into 2 portions (you can also use chicken wings and chicken wings), then add soy sauce, sugar and salt, pepper powder, cumin powder (I love cumin powder) and pepper powder, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes. (My boyfriend said that I looked like a housewife when chopping chicken legs ==...)
2
Each chicken is wrapped in flour, dipped in egg liquid (with a little salt), and then wrapped in bread crumbs
3
Heat the oil to 50% heat, fry the chicken on low heat, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and let cool, turn the oil to high heat and fry again for 1 minute to force out the oil, then place on a plate covered with oil-absorbing paper to finish.
