Vanilla waffles

I have always enjoyed the fun of baking. To make snacks and biscuits, molds are naturally indispensable. The seemingly simple molds can make your flour "come alive".

Steps for Vanilla waffles

1
Cut the vanilla seeds and pods into pieces with a knife and place them in a milk pot.
2
Heat over low heat until slightly boiling, remove from the heat, cover, and simmer for 5-8 minutes; then strain off the pods and vanilla seeds, and cool naturally.
3
Cut butter into small pieces and pour into a bowl. Add white sugar and heat over water until butter melts.
4
Add the eggs into the bowl and stir well in portions, then add the cooled vanilla milk and stir well.
5
Add sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder in portions, gently cut and mix well.
6
Cover the mixed batter with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour.
7
Brush a thin layer of butter into the waffle maker and pour in the appropriate amount of batter.
8
Heat over medium to medium heat for half a minute, then turn over, alternately turn over and heat until cooked, about 4-5 minutes.
9
Remove and cool slightly.
10
Serve with processed strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
