Steps for Purple Rose Mantou

1
Melt the yeast with warm water, pour it into flour, cook the purple potatoes, mash it into mud and dough, place the dough in a basin, cover it with a damp cloth, and ferment until about 1.5 times.
2
Rub the dough to vent the air, and then divide it into several small doses. Cut one of the small doses into a slightly smaller amount and rub it into an olive shape to make flower center.
3
Press the 5 small ingredients flat and roll them into round slices. Roll out the edges of the round slices thinner. Stack the 5 pieces on top of the slices, use a chopstick to press a center line in the center of the dough, and then place the olive-shaped dough on the bottom dough. On the dough sheet, wrap the olive-shaped dough and roll it up until it is finished.
4
Use your fingers to cut them off towards the center, close them and lower them to make two roses.
5
Place the prepared rose steamed buns on the steaming drawer, cover them, wake up for another 10 minutes, then steam on high heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 1 minute.
