I remember that it seems to be called mangyu. Hehe, the next time I buy fish, I will ask the seller what it is actually called.
We often eat this fish, but we don't quite remember its name.

Steps for Pan-fried fish

1
Mangyu ginger slices, soy sauce, oil.
2
Wash the fish and drop dry water. In a hurry, apply some raw flour to the fish before frying. It's best to fry it in dry water to make it more beautiful.
3
Put ginger slices in hot oil pan and saute fragrant. Use a shovel to hold the ginger slices and apply them to the bottom of the pot to prevent fish from sticking to the pan.
4
Add dripping dry water and fry the fish, start frying on high heat for a while, and then adjust to medium heat and fry.
5
Fry until yellow, turn off heat and cool slightly, turn over and fry on the other side.
6
Fry both sides until yellow, pour some soy sauce before turning off the heat and serve.
