I remember that it seems to be called mangyu. Hehe, the next time I buy fish, I will ask the seller what it is actually called.
We often eat this fish, but we don't quite remember its name.

    Wash the fish and drop dry water. In a hurry, apply some raw flour to the fish before frying. It's best to fry it in dry water to make it more beautiful.

    Put ginger slices in hot oil pan and saute fragrant. Use a shovel to hold the ginger slices and apply them to the bottom of the pot to prevent fish from sticking to the pan.
