Steps for Pig blood and leek soup

Cut pig blood into thick slices.

Pour boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove and soak in cold water.

Slice ginger for later use.

Wash the leeks.

Cut leeks into sections.

Wash the pickled cabbage.

Shred pickled cabbage.

Saute the ginger slices in a frying pan until fragrant.

Add pickled cabbage and stir fry.

Add pig's blood and some water, add salt and bring to a boil.
