Tomato and soybean ribs soup
Autumn and winter are very suitable for warm tonic, but big tonic is easy to get angry, so I didn't put in other special nourishing ingredients. I only used ribs, tomatoes, soybeans and ginger that I could easily buy at the vegetable market. I only put salt in the seasoning. I like the original kind of thick soup, so I never put MSG or chicken essence. Ribs absorb the aroma of tomatoes and beans and are delicious and dipped in soy sauce. I am so happy when I drink soup, and I am also very satisfied when I eat meat in large gulps...
