Fried pork slices with apple
By GregKirlin
The first time I tried cooking with apples, I took a Red Fuji apple, peeled it, cut it in four, core it, slice it, and made an apple stir-fried pork slice. I didn't expect it to taste so great. It's sour and sweet, which suits my taste very well.
