I saw nougat made with thin ash last night, and it felt very fresh and simple, so I really wanted to try it, so I asked my husband to accompany me to the supermarket to buy original marshmallows (while taking a walk). I went to two nearby supermarkets and sold none. Finally, I bought a sandwich type of cotton candy. It was a little late after coming back, and my husband said he would do it tomorrow. This morning I got up and started making this nougat that I had been thinking about all night!

    Put the peanuts in an oil-free and water-free pan and stir-fry slowly over low heat. Stir fry for about 8-10 minutes (mine is a little burnt. After frying the peanuts, set aside to cool, rub off the red clothes, place them in a convenience bag and crush them with a bottle. The walnuts are the same, and set aside for later use.
