Brownie ice cream

Brownie ice cream
Since making two ice cream types last time, my family has no idea of going out to buy ice cream again.
Big T's favorite flavor is Haagen-Dazs Vanilla-Caramel-Blani. So today, we will start with Browny and make Big T's favorite flavor and make a flavor that is more suitable for you than Haagen Dazs.
Named it FullHouse-Vanilla-Caramel-Brownie! haha.

The effect was really good. Vanilla pods for vanilla. Pour caramel juice directly on the ice cream. Browny looked at the ingredients and knew that they were well seasoned.
If this is sold, it has to be the price of Haagen Dazs.

  • Brownie ice cream Make Tips

Brownie Tips: 1. Big T likes the extra soft inside, so I only gave very little flour. The inside is very soft after roasting, and even if it is cold, it will be melodious. If you like to have a slightly firmer taste, add more flour or ground nut powder. But when brownies are baked, they need to have a melodious mixture in the middle. Don't add too much, otherwise it will become a chocolate cake. 2. This is Browny's most basic recipe. Because it was used to make ice cream, no other seasonings were used. In fact, I personally prefer one with almond powder or some nuts. Tips for adding ice cream to your personal taste: 1. Coffee milk is used here because this milk has a higher fat content than whole milk (3.5%) and is more slippery. If you don't like it, you can use all the milk, with a total amount of 350ml. 2. Caramel juice is better made as needed. When it is cold, it will no longer be so liquid, it will be difficult to take, use, and the taste will not be good. 3. If vanilla pods are not available, you can of course use vanilla sugar instead.
