Poached eggs

Poached eggs
When I was a child, there were not so many non-staple foods as now. The most I had for breakfast was an egg. I didn't like to eat boiled eggs, especially egg yolks, which was difficult to solve. It was when I was growing up that I was hungry before lunch every day. I was so hungry that a bowl of porridge alone would not last until noon. Most mornings, my mother would fry a poached egg for me.
When I was a child, I was most afraid of getting sick. Whenever I had a fever, I had to eat light food. The little girl took two meals of white porridge and slept for the whole day. In the middle of the night, I was refreshed and my stomach was hungry. She talked to her mother and asked everything she wanted to eat. She wanted to eat meat buns, steamed dumplings... Finally, I'd better eat a poached egg. Nothing else was reliable.
Before marriage, my fingers did not touch spring water. After marriage, time was tight and I couldn't cook it. The most common thing I ate was stew soup. In one pot, the vegetables and soup were all settled. When I fried a poached egg, I was afraid of splashing oil. I missed my mother very much.
Later, I could cook a lot of dishes, and I fried poached eggs very well. I still missed the taste of my mother's cooking.
