bacon rice
In the past, when rice was left over, I often made it into fried rice. I thought I should change some tricks and let the poor leftovers be luxurious for once.

Steps for bacon rice

Serve the leftover rice on a plate.

After thawing the bacon, heat it in the microwave on high heat for 1-2 minutes, and cut it into pieces.

Put water in the pan, add a little salt, add shrimp meat and cook.

Shred onions; cook green beans; shredded carrots with a vegetable cutter; blanch canned sweet corn kernels with hot water and drain water; drain cooked shrimp; set aside.

Spread a layer of bacon on the leftover rice.

Spread shredded onions, green beans, shredded carrots, corn kernels, and shrimp evenly on top; sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and black sesame seeds.

Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Put it in the microwave and heat it for 2-3 minutes.
