braised chicken nuggets

For braising, I usually use white sugar or rock sugar to color it. The color is much more beautiful than soy sauce. Today, there was no rock sugar at home, so I used white sugar.

Steps for braised chicken nuggets

Slice ginger and garlic.

Wash the chicken nuggets.

Saute white sugar in a frying pan until reddish brown blisters appear.

Add ginger, garlic slices, and star anise and saute until fragrant.

Stir fry chicken until brown.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Add salt, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium heat.

When the soup is thick, take it out of the pan.
