Big bone soup
Soup is often used when cooking. Rice sprouts are served with the simplest family version of soup to create a delicious taste!

- pig bones 800 grams
- white radish 2 sections
- green onions 2 length
- Jiang appropriate amount
- garlic 3 tablets
- peppercorns 1 small
- yellow wine 1 big
- sugar appropriate amount
- salt 1/2 teaspoon
Steps for Big bone soup

Blanch the pork bones with water and wash them. Be careful when blanching water, be sure to cook it in the pan for five minutes to boil out the blood and dirty things.

Prepare white radishes, green onions, ginger and garlic.

Put the big bones into the soup pot and add water until the big bones are ready.

Add the ingredients in Figure 2.

Add pepper.

Add white sugar. (Note that there is only half a spoonful of white sugar in this porcelain spoon)

Add salt.

When putting wine, there is only cooking wine at home, so I use cooking wine.

After putting all the ingredients in place, turn on high heat and bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat and cook for 2-3 hours.

After boiling, sift, decant the stock, put it in and cool, and can be frozen and stored for half a year.
