Big bone soup
Soup is often used when cooking. Rice sprouts are served with the simplest family version of soup to create a delicious taste!

  • pig bones 800 grams
  • white radish 2 sections
  • green onions 2 length
  • Jiang appropriate amount
  • garlic 3 tablets
  • peppercorns 1 small
  • yellow wine 1 big
  • sugar appropriate amount
  • salt 1/2 teaspoon

    Blanch the pork bones with water and wash them. Be careful when blanching water, be sure to cook it in the pan for five minutes to boil out the blood and dirty things.
