Steps for beer duck

1
Chop the duck legs into small pieces and wash them, cut the peppers into slices, and cut the onions, ginger, garlic, and dried peppers for later use.
2
Boil half a pot of water, add 1 spoonful of cooking wine to the water, blanch the duck meat in boiling water for a few minutes to remove the blood, then pick up and drain the water.
3
Put oil in a frying pan. After the oil is heated, add dry peppers, onions, ginger, and garlic and saute until fragrant. Pour in the duck pieces and stir fry until the duck meat is dry and no water is produced. Then stir-fry part of the duck oil, and control the duck oil.
4
Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry until colored.
5
Pour in a bottle of beer. The amount of beer should be enough to cover the duck meat. After boiling over high heat, change to medium to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6
When the soup is basically dry, add the pepper, add a little salt, stir well, and serve the pan.
