Steps for Braised horse noodle fish

Wash and cut the skinned, headed, and gutted horse noodle fish into sections.

Cut green onions, ginger and garlic for later use.

Saute chives, ginger and garlic in oil pan.

Add soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add water.

Add cooking wine, salt, and a little vinegar, and add the horse noodle fish.

Cook for 20 minutes until the soup thickens and serves.
