fresh orange jam
By JackieBeer
It is navel orange season, and fresh navel oranges can be sold everywhere on the street. Of course, I just thought of making some orange jam and adding fresh food to the bread and cakes. Home-made jam is delicious and healthy!

Steps for fresh orange jam

1
Prepare the materials: Wash them.
2
Peel the washed oranges and remove the pulp.
3
Rub the orange peel with salt several times to remove the wax on the surface of the peel, soak it in salt water for two hours, cut off the white film with a knife, and put it in boiling water to boil for two minutes.
4
Add the chopped pulp and peel to the white sugar and lemon juice, place it in the pan and bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat.
5
Stir occasionally during the process to prevent sticking to the bottom.
6
The cooked jam is hot and put into a disinfected waterless bottle.
7
After filling, turn over the bottle and place it until it cools naturally, and place it in the refrigerator.
