Almond sponge cake

Almond sponge cake
If you don't have almond powder at home, you can soak the almonds in hot water for about 5 minutes and peel them off. Rinse them slightly and drain the water. When the almonds are dry, put them in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool and use a grinder to grind them into powder.
