After being pregnant, my appetite changed a little. I missed the fermented bean and ginger shredded when I was a child, so I improved it. It tastes good.

Steps for Fried three-shredded soy sauce

Wash the prepared ginger, red bell peppers, and green peppers.

Shred ginger and pepper.

Remove the oil pan and add the fermented beans to fry until fragrant.

Pour in shredded ginger and stir-fry until spicy.

Set aside the stir-fried fermented soybeans and shredded ginger, add the green peppers and stir-fry until the green leaves.
