Boiled fish is one of my favorite dishes. If I go out to eat, to be honest, 99.9% of the oil in the boiled fish outside is saliva oil (just someone else has eaten it and the restaurant filters and recycles the oil.) So it's better to do it yourself at home, clean and hygienic, have fun doing it and eat with peace of mind.

Steps for boiled fish

At the beginning, slicing fish is also very particular. The kitchen knife is tilted into the knife from head to tail. Don't turn it upside down, otherwise the small thorns in the fish will be cut off, and the fillets will not be eaten. When slicing the fillets, you can cut the fillets in a continuous manner, and the fillets produced by this sample will have a butterfly shape.

Add cooking wine, pepper, salt, ginger, garlic, and starch to marinate the fish slices for at least half an hour.
