Steps for Poria cake

Break tuckahoe with a blender and stir well with flour, baking powder and white sugar.

Sift the mixed flour.

Pour the yeast powder into warm water, stir well, and let stand for 5 minutes.

Pour the yeast water into the mixed flour and stir well.

Pour into a container, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for 1 hour (when the temperature is low in winter, put hot water in the pan, cover the lid, and accelerate the fermentation).

After fermentation is complete (twice as much as before fermentation), garnish with some raisins and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
