Steps for Sweet and sour carp

Wash one crucian carp, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 20 minutes.

When the oil pan is 7 minutes cooked, put in the pan and fry.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan, and set aside.

Remove the oil pan from another pan, add the ginger and onions, and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the sweet and sour juice (use soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar, the ratio depends on your preference), and then add a small bowl of water. Bring to a boil.

Bring to a boil, add the fried carp, simmer in it for 2 minutes, and remove.
