fried pork ribs
When I was making pork ribs stewed with potatoes at night, my mother-in-law said that the pork ribs would be good when fried. This sentence woke me up, and then I thought about making this dish myself.

Steps for fried pork ribs

1
After the ribs are melted, pickle them with seasonings for a period of time. Add cooking wine, white vinegar, salt, soy sauce, onion segments, and pepper powder (preferably put some onions) for about 15 minutes. But I don't have them today.
2
I use a baking pan, which saves trouble ~ well, brush the oil and cover the pan (if there is no baking pan, it will be the same for frying in a pan)
3
Halfway through work, my 10 and a half-year-old son came. Take a photo, hehe ~
4
Add cumin, chili powder, and sesame seeds, set them on a plate and start eating
5
Continue working, hehe-for about 8 minutes, there was no heat coming out of the cake pan. When you open it, it looks like a picture
