Steps for Meatball and potato soup

Wash the onions and ginger for later use.

Take the flesh and chop it into meat filling.

Add chopped green onions and ginger.

Pour in the pepper water, cooking wine, soy sauce, and eggs and stir clockwise until sticky.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, and wash off the starch on the surface with clean water.

Add clear water to the pot, sprinkle in a few grains of pepper, make a large sauce. After the water boils, use a small spoon to scoop the meat paste as round as possible and put it into the pan.
