    Wash the meat and control the water.

    Cut the meat into dices.

    Put the diced pork wrapped in dry powder into an oil pan and fry it first cut off and remove it (medium heat).

    The diced potatoes in the ingredients are fried in an oil pan until the surface is golden. The diced meat after the initial frying is fried in the oil pan and fried again over high heat.
