Wash the radish, dry it with kitchen paper, and cut it into strips as thick as a thumb or dices as big as the first joint of the thumb. Place the chopped radish strips or diced radish in a basin, add salt, and let stand for 1-2 days.

Put radish strips or diced radish into a clean cloth bag or woven bag (just a rice or flour bag will do), use a large basin and place a board inside. You can pad the bottom of the board with a bowl or similar item, and then place the bag on the board. On the board, tidy and pat it flat, put a board on top of it. You can use the used chopping board, and then use a large basin to fill the water pressure. Press for 3 days, turn over the dried radish halfway, and then continue pressing again.

Squeeze the dried radish until soft and without obvious water vapor on the surface, you can take it out. Put the squeezed dried radish into a container, add salt (taste salty before adding), chili powder, pepper powder, sugar, and monosodium glutamate, mix well and serve to eat. Salt, chili powder, pepper powder, sugar, and monosodium glutamate can be adjusted according to your preference. You can put less first, and add appropriate amounts of what is missing until you adjust to your satisfaction.
