Spicy pork pancake
By ZoeLehner
I made this cake entirely to digest the inventory in the refrigerator. I left one dough. After leaving it for two days, the surface became very moist. I don't know what happened. Hurry up, I have to put it in my stomach, but the result was unexpected. The cake was fried very crispy and delicious

Steps for Spicy pork pancake

1
Appropriate amount of pork ground meat and proper amount of dough. Mine is the leftover dough. You can slowly pour it into the flour with clear water, stir while pouring until the dough is fluffy, knead it into dough, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
2
Sprinkle dry powder on the chopping board and roll out the dough into dough sheets.
3
Add a spoonful of hot sauce and a little steamed fish soy sauce to the ground meat.
4
Stir well.
5
Use the spoon back to spread the meat filling evenly on the dough sheet.
6
Roll up the dough sheet from one end into a strip.
7
Stretch and roll from one end.
8
Roll it into a roll and close it underneath.
9
Gently press flat with your hand.
10
Roll it out gently, not too thin.
11
Heat the pan.
12
Add oil and shake well.
13
Put the cake in and slowly fry it over low heat, or cover it.
14
Brown one side, turn over and brown the other side until both sides are golden and serve the pan.
15
Tear it up with your hands.
