I used an oven to make salt-roasted chicken, and now I use an electric pressure cooker to make salt-roasted chicken again. The salt-roasted chicken made with an electric pressure cooker has a lot of moisture and tastes good. However, relatively speaking, the skin made with the oven is very crisp and will taste better!

Steps for Electric pressure cooker version salt-roasted chicken

Wash half of the chicken, spread the whole body of the chicken with salt-roasted chicken powder, and marinate for more than half an hour.

Add appropriate amount of ginger slices and vegetable oil to the electric rice cooker.

Place the chicken on the ginger slices and place it on an electric pressure cooker.

Plug in the voltage for 20 minutes. (The time corresponding to the same gear for each electric pressure cooker is different. I use twice the time of the rice button.)
