1. The purpose of adding various curry sauces is to create variety in the flavor, as different companies have different curry tastes. In contrast, the taste of curry powder feels more authentic. The 21p curry sauce bought at Morrison's was a bit too sweet and bland.
2. After adding the water and heating it up a little, taste the flavor; if it's bland, add salt.
3. Do not cook for too long. I cooked it for nearly 2 hours, and the chicken wings completely fell apart. I thought it would absorb the flavor better, but lacking that chewiness was quite disappointing.
4. Don't worry about having too much leftover curry soup; it is super delicious poured over rice!! Because the flavor is very well-balanced. Thanks to Baboon Hand, it is truly so beautiful~~~ with such rosy cheeks
