Scrambled egg with diced scallops
Because I live in a seaside city, there are many seafood and they are all very fresh. I bought scallops with shells a while ago and peeled them off and prepared to freeze them to make dumplings at any time. In order not to waste the treasures, I took some diced scallops after peeling them and used them to scramble eggs. They are really delicious!
