Kohlrabi steamed buns

Steps for Kohlrabi steamed buns

Cut pork fat and lean meat into small pieces respectively. I forgot to pat the fat.

Dice turnip. Chop green onions and ginger and set aside.

Put a little or no vegetable oil in the pan, heat the pan and stir-fry the diced fat meat to get the oil, turn off the heat when it turns yellow.

Add lean meat and stir fry with remaining heat, add a small teaspoon of pepper noodles, onion and ginger, salt, and soy sauce to taste.

Cool, add diced kohlrabi and a little chicken essence and mix well, and the filling is ready.

After the dough is spread, knead the dough and knead it into long strips.

Cut the long noodles into equal pieces

Press and flatten the dough.

Use a rolling pin to roll around the dose into a skin (thick in the center and thin in the four sides).
