Steps for stir-fried elk meat with red peppers and green onions

Slice the big elk meat, add half a tablespoon of oil and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut green onions and shallots into sections, and cut red peppers into thin strips.

Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, cornflour and water well.
