Steps for Double steamed cured meat

Put water in the pan and steam the rack. First wash the sausage and place it on a plate. Start steaming on high heat. The sausage is thick and takes a lot of time.

The ham was frozen because I hadn't eaten it, so I took it out and sliced it with a knife.

Cut it, add it to the pan, and continue to steam over high heat until it is cooked.

After steaming, take it out, slice the sausage. If it feels too hot, use chopsticks to cut it.
