Wash the apples, remove the cores and cut into small pieces.

Wash the hawthorn and remove the cores.

Prepare red dates. (Remove red dates if they have cores.)

Soak dried tremella in water.

Wash and tear into small flowers.

Put all ingredients into the pan.

Add 3-4 bowls of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes, adding rock sugar halfway. (Rock sugar can be moderate or not added.)
