Knead all ingredients except butter in a bread machine for 20 minutes.

Add butter and continue kneading in the bread machine for 20 minutes.

Take out the dough and beat it about 100 times. At the expansion stage, the film can be pulled out. When the film breaks, the edge will be serrated.

Return the kneaded dough to the bread maker and ferment until 2-2.5 times the size. Fermentation in the bread maker for an hour.

Take out the fermented dough, divide it into seven equal portions, and relax for 10 minutes. It was cold, so I extended the relaxing time for 10 minutes.

Then it's time to wrap the cheese. I use this kind of children's growing cheese, and there are four small boxes in one box. I bought two flavors: chocolate and strawberry.

The seal must be firm, otherwise the secondary fermentation will disperse and the cheese will leak out. This is a painful lesson from my first failure.

The second fermentation was carried out for 20-30 minutes in summer. When I cooked, the room temperature was 7 degrees Celsius. I used it for an hour. Brush the surface of the fermented dough with egg liquid and preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Place dough in the penultimate layer of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Pay attention to the surface and cover it with tinfoil. Remove it immediately after roasting and carefully remove it.
