Steamed fish with pickled mustard

Steps for Steamed fish with pickled mustard

Cut grass carp into slices 2 or 3 centimeters thick, with a pointed end, mix well with 1 spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt and a small amount of MSG, and arrange them into a hexagonal star shape.

Sprinkle evenly with appropriate amount of shredded ginger.

Add appropriate amount of shredded mustard tuber evenly, leave and marinate for half an hour to taste.

Put on a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onion and appropriate amount of coriander, finally heat the oil and sprinkle evenly on the fish.
