I don't like cooking, but this is the first time I spent so much effort to make grilled chicken legs. Of course I have to record it. Although it is not complicated, it is small and effective.

Steps for roast chicken leg

3 chicken legs, remove the chicken skin (if you like the chicken skin, you can keep it), and soak in cool salt water for 30 minutes.2
Mix a little milk and an egg white well and spread on the surface of each chicken leg.

Put mixed spices in a crisper bag.

Put the 2 chicken legs coated with egg white and milk into a fresh-keeping bag mixed with spices to make the spices evenly adhere to the chicken legs.

Spread butter on the bottom and sides of the baking sheet.

Place the other chicken leg on a plate and coat with a mixture of BBQ and braised sauce (you can also mix with some hot sauce and mustard).

Place the three chicken legs on a buttered baking sheet and place in a 400F oven, about 205C. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
