Steps for preserved eggs

Rinse the green onions and cut them into minced green onions

Beat the eggs into a bowl with some salt and beat,

Put the oil into the pan and pour in the chopped chopped green onions

Add some salt to the chopped green onions and stir fry for a while, then pour in the beaten egg liquid, and stir fry continuously when the egg liquid solidifies a little.
