Abalone pot rice in XO sauce

This is the first time I used abalone to make pot rice. The taste after blending and firing is really good. I made it for two.

Steps for Abalone pot rice in XO sauce

Prepare various ingredients: abalone, broccoli, corn, celery, abalone juice, XO sauce, oyster sauce. Don't throw away the abalone shells, you can use them to make soup.

Soak the fragrant rice in advance, add boiling water to the oyster sauce and stir.
